Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase. If I haven't received your payment within 7 days of placing your order, the order will be cancelled.

Shipping
Your order will ship within 5 business days from the date of purchase/payment. I ship internationally via Priority mail which does not include tracking, insurance or delivery confirmation.

It will take an additional 2-6 business days to receive your package when in Europe and 3-9 business days anywhere outside of Europe. Depending on the situation in your country, delays in customs or unexpected events like postal strikes, it can take longer for your package to reach you and the given days are not a promise, but an indication.

Returns
If you wish to return the product you can do so within seven days after delivery. Please contact me via e-mail before returning anything! All returns must be unworn and in original condition. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. You are responsible for return shipping charges. After receiving the return package, I'll refund you via PayPal. I'm not responsible for damaged packages due to mishandling by the postal service.

Account
You are responsible for filling out all the information in your account correctly. If packages don't arrive because of a faulty address input, you will not be refunded.
