Placing an order
Ordering a piece of jewelry with Damsel of Dainty is quick, easy and above all, secure. When you are finished shopping around, the contents of your shopping bag are displayed when you click the 'shopping cart' button at the top of the page. If you want to complete your order, press 'continue'.

In case you already have an account with Damsel of Dainty you can simply log in with your existing username and password. If you don't have an account yet, select the option on the right side of your screen to create a new account. You'll only have to enter your basic contact information so I'll know who you are!

Once you're logged in you can double-check the address data and your current order. If everything looks fine, click 'continue'. The next screen provides you with two payment options: PayPal or credit card. Choose your desired payment option and follow the instructions.

Payment
You can pay with either PayPal or credit card. Payment is due at the time of purchase. If I haven't received your payment within 7 days of placing your order, the order will be cancelled. Don't worry; I'll send you a reminder in case you forgot!

Shipping
Your order will ship within 5 business days from the date of purchase/payment. I ship internationally via Priority mail which does not include tracking, insurance or delivery confirmation. After I've shipped your package, you will recieve a notification via email. It will take an additional 2-6 business days to receive your package when in Europe and 3-9 business days anywhere outside of Europe. Please note that I can not guarantee that your package will reach you within the given days, because unfortunately, I have no influence on postal strikes or delays in customs.

Returns
I truly hope you'll like what I've sent you, but if not, that's okay too. If you wish to return the product you can do so within seven days after delivery. Please contact me via e-mail before returning anything! All returns must be unworn and in original condition. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. You are responsible for return shipping charges. After receiving the return package, I'll refund you via PayPal. Please note that I can not be held responsible for damaged packages due to mishandling by the postal service.

Gift Option
If you're buying something as a gift for someone else, let me know via e-mail at inge (at) damselofdainty (dot) com so I can send it to the correct address. You may consider this extra service a gift as well!
